DBBS Internet Service Agreement
This Internet Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between DBBS ("Provider") and the customer ("Customer") identified in the application form.
1. Service Description
Provider agrees to provide internet connectivity services as described in the selected plan. Actual speeds may vary based on network conditions, customer equipment, and other factors.
2. Term and Termination
Service will commence upon installation and continue according to the selected plan terms. Early termination fees may apply as specified in your plan details.
3. Payment Terms
Customer agrees to pay all charges for services in accordance with the billing terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Customer agrees to comply with Provider's Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal activities, network abuse, and other harmful practices.
5. Privacy Policy
Customer acknowledges Provider's privacy policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information.
6. Equipment
Any equipment provided by Provider remains the property of Provider unless specified otherwise. Customer is responsible for returning equipment upon service termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Provider's liability is limited as permitted by law. Provider is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
